Eligibility Criteria
  • Nationality: Indian Citizen or eligible as per Government norms
  • Age Limit (as on 01/03/2025):
    • MMGS II: 25-35 years
    • SMGS IV: 30-45 years
    • Age relaxation as per Government guidelines
  • Educational Qualification:
    • Mandatory: Member of ICSI (Institute of Company Secretaries of India)
    • Desirable: LLB/CA/ICWA/FRM qualification (preferred for SMGS IV)
  • Experience:
    • MMGS II: 2 years post-qualification experience in listed entity (Bank/NBFC/Financial services preferred)
    • SMGS IV: 7 years post-qualification experience in listed entity (Bank/NBFC/Financial services preferred)
    • Proficiency in MS Office required
  • CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 at time of joining
Pay Scale & Benefits
  • MMGS II: ₹64820-2340/1-67160-2680/10-93960
  • SMGS IV: ₹102300-2980/4-114220-3360/2-120940
  • Benefits: DA, HRA/Leased Accommodation, CCA, Medical, LTC, Terminal Benefits as per bank rules
  • Probation Period: 1 year
  • Service Bond: 3 months' gross salary for MMGS II (2 years bond period)
Selection Process
  • Process: Shortlisting + Personal Interview
  • Interview: May be conducted virtually
  • Final Selection: Based on merit list prepared from interview performance
  • Bank reserves right to shortlist candidates based on experience and suitability
  • Tie-breaker: Older candidate given preference in case of equal marks
